We visit the Church where the indigenous Juan Diego was baptized, the Church of the Fifth Apparition, the Majestic Basilica of Guadalupe, the Tepeyac Hill, the old Basilica and its surroundings for a packed trip, full of wonder and shared reverence.

Also on the itinerary is the Plaza of the Three Cultures in Mexico City, the Church of the Sagrada Familia, the Museum of the Jesuit Priest Father Pro, Mexican Martyr of the Cristero Rebellion.

We then embark on a stunning journey to the beautiful Mexican States of Tlaxcala and Puebla to visit & marvel at the Basilica of Ocotlan, as well as the Church of San Miguel de los Milagros. You will get to learn all about Cholula; a veritable gem of a city in Puebla with its Shrine to Our Lady of the Remedies, treasured & held in high regard by the inhabitants of the Pueblan valley for years.

 

COLONIAL AND CRISTERO PILGRIMAGE - (ITINERIES STARTING FROM 8 – 9 DAYS)

This a very special pilgrimage in which we invite you on a journey to the most symbolic & representative places there are to find in regards to Mexican Catholic Pilgrimages.

Starting in Mexico City, we begin by paying a visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral and the beautiful Historical Center where some of the most exemplary & representative jewels of Catholic architecture are to be found, the first Franciscan church, the first Church built by the Dominicans in 1576, as well as the Shrine of the Brotherhood of the Most Holy Rosary.

We then continue to visit Puebla de los Angeles and its truly colorful & magnificent historic center; a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Cathedral, the Zocalo and the Rosario Chapel are just some of the features that stand out with their incredible beauty in this quaint city. Continuing our journey to the famous city of San Miguel de Allende, in the State of Guanajuato, you’ll be blown away by the impressive Cubilete Hill with its monumental statue of Cristo Rey & the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos in the State of Jalisco (just some among many other beautiful sights we see along the way).

We will stop at places and Shrines where the Martyrs of the Cristero War wrote history with their lives, having made sacrifices for Cristo Rey.

RELIGIOUS YUCATAN - (ITINERIES STARTING FROM 3 NIGHTS)
YUCATAN PENINSULA

Allow us to guide you through the stunning landscape of the Yucatan Peninsula, where we will take you on a journey of discovery, not only of the Mayan culture; alive and thriving within small villages throughout the peninsula to this day, but also on to Merida, where you’re able to enjoy the stunning Catholic temples nestled within the city’s inner streets. A place where many visitors are pleasantly surprised by the city’s unique architecture & it’s eclectic mix of culture.

Some of the gems of this pilgrimage include the Cathedral (with its Romanesque-style facade), the Temple of San Juan de Dios and the Government Palace with it’s beautiful archways. For anyone wishing to visit the Mayan ruins, no trip to the Yucatan Peninsula would be complete without a visit to Chichen Itza; one of the Wonders of the World, the most famous Mayan city of them all and the second most visited archaeological zone in Mexico after Teotihuacan: all-in-all a spectacular itinerary full of unforgettable memories and experiences.

Since then, thousands of pilgrims have come to pay tribute to the Virgin of Guadalupe year after year, showing their devotion, giving gratitude for the favors and miracles they have received through her arbitration. The crowd sing “Las Mañanitas” whilst groups of dancers put on a beautiful recital in Our Lady’s honor; thousands of Catholic pilgrims joining in beautiful chorus for this great celebration.
